  • Susu Weekly — module calculations (token-costs wonky fix + M4 balances)P00E004 — Make the Susu Weekly module numbers add up. Today the Token Costs module mixes three providers (OpenRouter, DeepSeek direct, local Qwen) and shows ONE provider's real billing as the "total" while listing per-session estimates that diverge by ~60% ($38.57 OpenRouter real vs $62.95 session-estimate in W39). Add M4 (Balance/Runway) so the weekly shows provider balances and warns when any paid provider is below US$ 5 — the weekly sibling of the real-time alert.
  • ConfigurationP00E009 — Auditar, documentar e garantir acesso total do agente sous a skills, MCPs e ferramentas do ecossistema OpenClaw, identificar gaps, e sugerir novos tools que expandam a capacidade do substrate.
  • Sous v2 - Modular Data SubstrateP00E018 — Rebuild Sous as filesystem-based event log with append-only temporal semantics, multi-writer substrate, and query-time composition.
  • FOSS review — provider offer normalization (candidates for infrastructure/P08E074)P00E021 — TBD

In the same way that a well-designed object reveals how it wants to be held, this product reveals how it wants to be used before anyone reads a word. That is the whole ambition: cognition that shows itself in the surface.

What it is

It began as an internal instrument and stayed one. The shape came from use, not from specification — every part that survived is a part someone reached for more than once. What follows is a description of that shape.

How it works

Three movements, in order. First the intake, where material arrives unformed. Then the reduction, where it is made small enough to hold. Finally the return, where it goes back out into the same world that produced it.

Status

Working, with the usual caveats. Nothing here asks for attention it has not earned, and nothing claims to be finished.
